Beeg arrived at Happy Life Beagle Rescue after being rescued from a southern shelter alongside a fellow beagle. Roughly a year old and weighing 32 pounds, this gentle pup was initially discovered as a stray. We were delighted to bring him into the HLBR family and look forward to finding him a loving permanent home.

Beeg is a warm, loving companion who enjoys the company of other dogs. Although he can be reserved at first, he is consistently joyful when greeting his human friends. This laid-back, medium-energy beagle travels well in vehicles and is already crate-trained. Like many beagles, his inquisitive nose often leads the way, so he would benefit from further leash training; however, his charming, vocal personality makes him a wonderful companion. Because of his adventurous spirit, we believe Beeg would be happiest in home featuring a securely fenced yard.
