Toby is a 7-year-old purebred beagle weighing 35 lbs, looking for a loving new family. He’s a sweet, happy, and affectionate boy who adores people, toys, cozy beds, and snuggling. His favorite toys are balls or anything with a squeaker! Toby gets along well with other dogs but is very people-focused and could thrive as an only dog.

He enjoys walks and gets excited when he sees his harness, easily handling a two-mile stroll—making him a great match for an active family that loves the outdoors. Generally quiet, he will occasionally bark when excited. Easygoing and loving, Toby is settling in wonderfully. He has reportedly lived peacefully with cats, though he hasn’t yet met one in his current foster home. Whoever adopts Toby will be very lucky.
