Diamond, named for the distinctive diamond-shaped patch on her back, was found by a Good Samaritan on the side of the road and found her way to Happy Life through one of our rescue partners. This friendly, sweet, shy beagle mix is about a year old and weighs 35 pounds. It’s not known how long she was on her own, but it’s clear she’s new to using a leash, often flattening herself to the ground and needing to be coaxed to move. She’ll do best with a fenced yard to help her gain confidence and an adopter ready to patiently work with her.
Diamond will be heading north in August.
