Happy Life Beagle Rescue is excited to plan our first annual Birthday Bash! The Bash will celebrate our third anniversary as a licensed rescue. The celebration will be an indoor beagle meetup and so much more! There will be activities, raffles, Happy Life swag, photo ops, goody bags, vendors and of course cupcakes for both pups and humans!
