HLBR Celebrates 1 Year in Rescue

We are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished in our first year. We set a goal of saving 50 beagles and we have nearly doubled that by rescuing 89! We couldn't have done it without the support of our volunteers, fosters, rescue partners, followers, supporters, adopters, and donors. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we hope you will continue to help us grow and save more beagles in 2024 and beyond.

Some of our accomplishments in our first year:

249 applications processed

60 dogs adopted into loving forever homes

59 volunteers added for events, transport, fostering and home visits

13 dogs treated for heartworm

Became an official partner of the Humane Society of the United States
