About: Oscar is a sweet and cuddly boy from Kentucky. He is extremely friendly with everyone! And, he fits easily into the pack at his foster home. Oscar is on the move! He needs an active family with another dog and a fenced in yard because he loves to play and run. He likely lived in a home at one time as he appears to be leash, crate and house trained, and knows sit and come. Oscar is about 3 years old and approximately 20 lbs.
